Feeding scanned and photographed documents through an OCR and LLM pipeline to extract structured values, then validating the result against what the system already knows. Work included image preprocessing, file-size limits, model upgrades and deprecations, per-facility prompt configuration, mismatch flagging, and a webhook for asynchronous results. Applied LLM engineering inside a real workflow, not a chat box.
